Received a call from this # at work today. The person identified himself as Harry Joseph.. although he had a very thick Indian accent so I doubt that is his real name. He said he was an attorney from the Department of Legal Affairs and that I needed to my attorney of record call him immediately. When I asked him to provide me with the company name of whom he worked for and their street address, he hung up on me.

called stating that a law suit has been filed against my social security number and read off the last 4 digits. He has a HEAVY MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT he said that the minute I get this message that me or my attorney needs to call him at this number. he said that this is is urgent and if i ignore t. he has he call all he can do is wish me good luck he has called before and this the same man has called me from 650 405 1769 and said that his name was jason from oakwood law firm, consumer affairs, customer affairs etc. he has threatened to send 2 investigators to my job and my home. i have told him not to call, and that i was not giving him any money and that he was a fraud. the company that he told me that i owed, i contacted them and they had never heard of me or him. I have hung up on him and blessed him out. I think that he understands that they will not get money from me but they need to be prosecuted. DO NOT GIVE IN TO THIS LOW LIFE. Any one that would call and pray on innocent people to get money is just sad. they are tapping in computers. when u apply for something like a loan, payday loan, credit catd, etc and it redirects you to another sight, this is a 3td party and these sites are not secure and they are hacking in and getting your personal info. This is against the law and I intend to do everything that I can to have them prosecutes.

the caller told me i was gng to jail and he was gng to get me fired from my job. he had my socisl n that scares me.

I am receiving numerous threatening phone calls and telephone message. They constantly harass me on my work number, cell phone number and home number. The woman and man both speak horrible English. They threaten to have me arrested if I don't call them back! Who the heck are these fools? Every time I question why I'm supposedly being sued and why they are calling me they get mad and tell me they wish me well and hang up. The only thing other thing I got out of these crazy fools was that I didn't pay a loan. What? That's absurd! I explained that I hadn't taken out any loans and requested the name of the loan...she hung up. I've called this number numerous times and much to my dismay I get their voicemail which is full so you can't leave a message! Who are these folks? They need to leave me alone!

I received a call from this certain alex watson, a law firm stating that I have to pay some payday loan. I asked him who was he, where was he calling but he never answer my questions!!!He threatened me that If I'm not gonna pay, he will get me arrested at my job! He even called my work and trying to make me fired from my job. This person needs to be put in jail for making this malicious /scam/prank calls... I called him many times but never answer my calls. We need to put a stop to this scam bug Alex. NOW!!!!!fenec

I received a call today on my cell phone about 7:53 this morning which i did not answer. He left a distrubing voicemail message which I barely understood. It stated that a law suit was filed against me, and my attorney should call him back. I should not diregard this call, and if I did not return his call then he could only wish me good look. I just arrived at my job and decided to return the call. I went into the ladies room for a sense of privacy. I called the number back and what I believe to be a woman answered the phone. I stated that someone called me from this number, and wanted to know what was this call about. Long behold she had no information on me. I told her how was it that I received a threatening call and you have no information on me. I than in an attempt to obtain additional information from her such a the name of the company, and why did I receive such a call. She became irate and told me to f-myself and called me the B word and hung up the phone. At that point I received another call about 8:15 and a woman from the same telphone called me and stated that a law suit was filed against me, and she knew exactly where I worked. The man left the same disturbing call at my job. I decided to look up the phone with the help of a co-worker and saw others with the same complaints.

I also received a phone call from this number...the caller identified himself as an attorney I think...he was hard to understand as his english was suspect. He identified himself as a lawyer and stated I would go to jail if I didn't satisfy a payday loan. I have never taken out a payday loan and tried to explain this to him. He screamed at me and stated I would be arrested tomorrow. I have contacted local authorities who stated they have had several complaints about the same number. It scares me to think he has my information and I wonder how he obtained it.

called me at work said attorney working for the company that had a warrant out for my arrest. I called back and asked them not to call me at work and the man said "how about F%$# you?" I was in shock hung up. He then called right back and asked to speak with my supervisor. I hung up - and now they are calling my cell as well.

This is the 5th call in the last 3 days from this caller. They are telling me to get a lawyer and if I don't things will get ugly, and I will be, "sent to the jail".
