If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
calls minimum of once daily, recently more than that on any given day. Most of the time no one responds when you answer and eventually hangs up. When someone does respond, we have asked them to please stop calling. We are a business and it is frustrating when they are tying up a phone line by calling all the time.

We got another call and actually connected this time. It is Women to Women Breast Cancer Foundation (not Alzheimer's). We explained about 3-4 calls per day, and asked to not be called again. We'll see.

We get 3-4 calls/day. Once I told them to stop calling but usually nobody is there when I answer. It's supposedly someone related to Alzeimer's fundraising but don't know exactly how.
