We keep getting calls from this number but when we answer, no one says anything. 3 calls today already, and it's 3:00 p.m.

They've been calling for a few days. They left a message with my girlfriend saying they needed to speak to the West Penn Power customer in the house. They didn't know my name. I called back with the number on the caller ID and it was not in service. I wasn't thinking anything of it because I had just recently switched service providers.

They call at least 5-6 times a day leaving no messages.

calls almost everyday.. i didnt pick up the first few times, when i finally did there is nobody there. this has happened a few times now also. i do not want these people calling me ever again.. they are a huge pain!

I have recieved calls from this # and another # claming to be with pa. gas and electric. six times since 12/21/2011 .I HAVE ASK THEM TO REMOVE MY # AND THEY KEEP CALLING. 12 CALLS BETWEEN THE 2 #S IN THE LAST 10 DAYS !!!!!!

This number calls me all the time, at least 2 times a day and i tried calling back and it said it said that the number was disconnected. Please stop whoever is doing this. This is begining to get very frustrating and I'm getting angry

Do not know who this is, but they call multiple times a day, never say anything, then the call is dropped. I tried calling the number back, but it seems to be disconnected. I've had a call from, as the comments state, some ghetto sounding dude with alot of noise in the background. He was asking about my electricity service, was extremely rude and pushy, and then he hung up on me. The scary thing is, he asked me to confirm if the last 4 numbers of my social security number were xxxx ... and he had them correct. I nither confirmed nor denied his request, saying I don't give that information out over the telephone.

Tried to phish for personal information using a bogus claim that he represented a local electric company. Had a "ghetto" sounding white accent and was very rude. Noise and laughter in the background.
