If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
I say, "Hello?....hello?...hello?..." and then a computerized voice says, "Good-bye." Received 5 calls from this number just TODAY! I get calls from this phone number every day. How do I stop this????

I'm a disable vetran and for the last 2 months or more i keep getting calls from (253)246-8555, & every time getup and go to answer the phone and i can hear laughing then they hangup on me. If someone does answer they can't speek english, and if I ask to speek to management they hangup on me. I just would like to know what they want and the why they are doing me I would never buy anything from them. PLEASE HELP ME MAKE THIS STOP.

They always call for a "Victor" and have been telling them it was a wrong number, they just hang up, but call again and again. Today, when I was telling the "lady" to please erase that number from their list because there is no "victor" here, she hung up and I was talking!!

Numerous calls to our home phone. We finally answered and they wanted us to refinance our VA home loan (which we don't have).

These ying yangs keep calling. I tell them to hold on and leave the phone on mute and step away. They continue to call 4-5 times a day asking about a VA loan....Wife is calling phone company to block this number for good.

Some calls from this number 4 or 5 times a day. They never leave a message. Yesterday I answered it, and they asked if they could speak to my Husband. I told them no and they hung up on me before I could tell them to stop calling. My number is on the do not call list, and these calls are harassing.

They call all day long when you ask them to remove your name from there list they hang up.

Call me 5 times a day. Asked them to stop calling and they still continue to call. Considering harassment charges. Want me to refinance a VA loan.

They just wont stop calling ! Over and over and over. Nobody's ever there when I do answer and say hello 10 times. I can hear lots of background talking though. Now I just pick up and hang up in 2 seconds flat. Always comes up on caller ID as Announcement

I have received numerous calls over the past 2 days.The 1st call yesterday,I told her that this number is on the Do Not Call list. She said "I do not understand what you say." I won't say what I then said. But since then I have received 8 more calls.
