If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
Alerts me I qualify for a lower interest rate on my existing credit cards. Finally got tired of pressing the 2 on these repetitive phone calls - obviously the option of pressing 2 to request they cease these calls does not work - and the person spoke with an Indian accent. I asked which card and he told me my Visa and Master Card. I asked which company holds to account. He told me the names of two companies which I do not and never have had credit with so I told him he was making a call to a do not call registery number and he was breaking the law. He immediately hung up without further comment.

I agree with everyone below, I did the same thing, pressing 1 and talking to the operator and got the same results. They keep on calling me asking for the same thing...I wish is would actually be the final call, but they keep on coming.....

When I answered call, a recording advised this was my last chance to reduce credit card rates for all my credit cards and to press "1" to speak with a representive. I pressed "1" and lady came on line. She asked if I wanted to reduce my rates and I told her no, that I wanted to get my phone number (she disconnected at this time). She didn't let me finish the statement and tell her to take my number off her list. I am already on the do not call list and should not be receiving calls from them.

I keep getting calls from them. It's a robo call deal, for lowering interest rate on a credit card. I don't even have a credit card! When I told them that and asked why I was receiving the call, they hung up...

robo calls state they want to lower interest rates on your credit cards. Give their name as card member services but web info states their business address is a mail box rental business in Washington State. When you press # 1 to speak to an operator and tell them to stop calling and ask for business information, they hang up.
