This person has called off and on for the past 3 months at least. She may call once or up to 3 times in a row and when i say hello she hangs up. If i let it go to my answering machine, she hangs up. She calls any time of day, usually afternoon or evening. I did a search for her online and she is calling from a verizon cell phone and it is from Sylvan Beach, NY. Sometimes weeks pass before she calls again. It has become very annoying and I want it stopped. Next option, Verizon told me was to go to the State police and have her charged with harrassment.
