If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
They call and it tells me there is a call from a person I don't know. And regardless of if I take the call or not, they hang up. Then they do it again immediately maybe 2 or 3 times then stop. Then it starts again 5-10 minutes later. Then eventually stops.
