If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
These folks first used this number with MT area code (caller ID "spoofing"), then no name, 0's for number. They are calling from a Verizon cell phone that is Not in MT, but sounds like from Asia somewhere. They first (try) to talk about diabetes, then keep calling back and eventually saying nothing but have kept up calling.

The calls are coming in every day in the morning at about 8:30AM and another at about noon, then about 5:50 PM. They never leave a message. They just keep ringing my phone

Caller claimed to represent a diabetes organization. I requested to be taken off their call list and Alison Myers requested a "magic password" to allow this organization to remove my number from their database. While attempting to gather more information about the caller, she hung-up. I attempted to call back and complain, but only an automated response was provided.

My phone number is on the Do Not Call Registry and I have been receiving unwanted phone calls from this company for over 6 months. I have talked to them and told them to take my number off their list and do not call me, however, the calls have increased instead of stopped. It is very frustrating to receive these calls a minimum of 4 times a day. This is harassment on their part.

Trying to sell prescription drugs, etc. I have told them numerous times to stop calling and put me on the "Do Not Call list". The more I tell them this, the more they call. They now call seven days a week and up to nine times a day. They are very nasty. Something has to be done about these jerks!!!!

They call 3 to 4 times a day. No one speaks, just holds the phone then hangs up.

I GET CALL AFTER CALL AFTER CALL EVEN THOUGH I HAVE
TOLD THEM I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING DOING WITH MY MEDICAL CONDITION (DIABETIS). I THINK THE PROBLEM IS THE PEOPLE THAT CALL CAN HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH. PERHAPS, THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING. I HAVE TOLD THEM THEY ARE CALLING A PRIVATE NUMBER BUT THEY CALL BACK A SHORT TIME LATER.

Receive calls from this company no less than three (3) times per day. I have asked them to take my number off their call list, to no avail. They increased the number of calls instead of removing my number. They are calling for an Eric with an unknown last name. I would like the calls to cease immediately.

This number calls me 10 times a day (no joke) for "special promotions". I've called back to try to get off their list at least a dozen times, but the calls keep coming in. Someone please make it stop as this is harrassment.

This number keeps calling my house and harassing us, its been going on for months. I finally turned the number and filed a complaint into the State Police and explained to them all the details so maybe finally these idiots will get caught and the calls will stop.

Calls asking for a women then says "while I have you on the phone does anybody in your home have diabetes, use a walker" and I says no but we have lots of guns the the POS hangs up like a sissy. They are out of Montana and a friend of mine with the FBI is looking them up now. They can run but they cannot hide. My number is also on the national do not call list so they can deal with the Feds now. See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya.

I have repeatedly opted out of receiving further calls from this niumber both by following their ownh telephone prompts and also verbally to whomever calls from this number. i am still receiving 2-3 calls a day.
