Lady called my workplace and asked for me stating she was an investigator. Verified who I was and stated that I was going to be charged for check fraud from a prior online payday loan for $525.00. I said ok. She then said I was going to be supoenaed and offered to settle out of court now. I said ok, I can do that. She said, Can you pay $525.00 now? I said no, I work part-time and I am working now, can I call you back and set arrangements because I am with a customer now, as I was the only one there at the time. She then got mad and threatened me stating that I better get a good attorney and good luck, then hung up the phone, very unprofessional. Can't call back the number, it doesn't ring.
