If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
This number continues to call even after asked to be taked off their list. They hang up before you can respond and say anything. Sometimes its 3 or 4 times a day.

These people call everyday demanding to know about my credit cards. I think they want to sell low interest credit cards or are using that scam to get personal information. If you say no and hang up they immediately call back and get rude. Only after telling them I was going to call the police did they stop that night but have started up again. The AZ Attorney Generals office needs to do something about them.

call constantly and hang up. I'm on a do not call registry but obviously it does no good.
they need to be fined and put out of business.

They call everyday and no one is there or they start curing.
