On my cell phone: According said was from account services, my credit card account has no problems but offer to lower interest rate. Pressed 1 to talk to someone. Female answered "account services". Asked which card talking about. Didn't answer, asked how much I owed on credit card. I said "if your from account services, you already have that info." She hung up.

I've had at least 3 call from this #. First time someone said they were from Card Services and wanted to know if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I was skeptical and asked for which card. he repeated for Card Services. I said I get that, but which credit card. He hung up. I just got another call and when ansered just hung up. I'm sure it's a scam..so do not proceed with a call from this #.

Called my cell phone first, with an automated voice, and when I pressed "1" to talk to a person, they hung up on me within seconds. I wasn't even rude, just was going to ask to be put on a no-call list. THen, twenty minutes later, they called my house phone and did the exact same thing. RUDE! Both lines are on a NO CALL list.

a mechanical voice tells you that you have a chance to lower your credit card percentage rate, to push #1 on your phone. Today I didn't even get a live person, but when a live person does answer, I always ask to have my name removed from their list. He just hangs up without a response. And yes, I get these calls almost weekly. Quite annoying to say the least.

These calls come in and they do not leave a message. Do not know who they are or what they want. They need to stop calling cell phones altogether. Some people have to pay for calls over a certain amount per month. I do not have any credit cards so they are using that to scare people into calling them back. Maybe they get paid for the number of call backs that they get????
