If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
A caller claiming to be special investigator Ashley White from the Central Judicial System left a voice message on my cell phone (1/20/2012). She stated there was a restraining order against me and that I should call (509)703-6558 with file# CBTH1120. When I returned the call a gentleman answered and stated that there was a lawsuit against me for an unpaid loan with HSBC bank. I informed the gentleman that I didnot have any loans from 2008 with the bank. As soon as I tried to solicit more info, he hung up the phone. I called right back and another gentleman answered and I explained that my previous call was disconnected. Again, when I tried to get more detail info, he told me I should have been listening when I spoke with the previous gentleman. Obviously, this was not a professional response to a caller. I then asked if I could get a copy of the file and he stated that I would receive it in 30 days. All of the conversations smelled of pure fraud. I hope all complains are being forwarded to some agency to look into this. I don't think I will get any more calls because I asked too many questions. Good luck to others, don't believe the hype!!

Renee Rome called from a different number, asked for me by my maiden name, which I haven't had for 14 years, and told me to call this number regarding a pending court case. Gave me a case # to refer to. Found complaints online about it being a scam.

These people have been harassing my mothers house and daughters cell phone claiming I owe some alleged amount of money. They are also telling them that charges will be pressed against me and a restraing order will be filed if me or my attorney don't respond within 24 hrs. I tried to call the number back and noone ever answered the calls. Something needs be done where these people are not able to call and harass people and try to get people to pay money that is not owed out.

Received a phone call from "Special Investigator" Robert Ferguson. Showed up as a Blocked call. Left VM claiming he had information about an injunction and restraining order that had been taken out on me and a pending legal matter. I or my attorney had 24-48 hours to respond to 509-703--6558. Left a alphanumeric case number and wished me "good luck in court". You could hear other people in the background leaving similar messages for other people. I received a similar call about two weeks ago from a different "special investigator" claiming to be with United Judgement and Appeals. I returned that phone call and the person claimed Bank of America was suing me for fraudulently taking out a home loan. When I informed person, I'd never even APPLIED for a home loan with BOA, she said she'd forward the information to me and hung up on me. Please make these calls stop.

The caller stated there was a junction against me and that I needed to call the phone number in 24 hours and to be in court. She gave a "case" number and said there was a restraining order against me. I have looked up the number online and there are multiple other ppl with the same complaint. At the end of the msg she said "Good Luck" She is with the Central Judicial System
