I have complained about them calling before, now they are using a cell phone. It's "to lower your credit card interest". I tried calling the number back this time and it's all in spanish, someone's voicemail.

They have called my house several times telling me they wanted to lower my interest rate. I asked them to remove my name and they hung up. Another time I asked them to talk to a manager and she argued with me and said the only time I could talk to a manager is when their was fraud. I asked her for more info and she called me "Blondie" And said I am not going to go back and forth with you you either want to lower your rate or you dont. I asked her to remove my name and I am still being harrassed.

Keeps calling my phone, never leaves a message. When I try to call it back, I get a message saying they are unavailable.

Robo-dialler called my mobile phone. Refused to remove me from their list because they don't have my number. Told me to quit calling them!

They call and when you ask them to remove your # they hang up on you. I finally got them to stop calling by just screaming as loud as I could into the phone everytime they called.... left their ears ringing a couple of times and they stopped calling!
