Indian accent but claims to be attorney Robert Smith. Claims I have a legal case pending but will not provide documentation or proof of any actions. Calls 5am or late at night, calls over and over when I hang up. Calls my home and cell phone and leaves threatening remarks (if you do not call back, I wish you luck) Called my work once and threatened to report action to my boss. All illegal actions.
