Caller was advised that I was not interested in any program offer and to take this number off the contact list. Caller would not stop talking and became rude, stating that I don't know what the program is so don't assume. Additionally the caller was asked to hang up the phone to which Gus Gibson asked me what my problem was. I advised Gibson that I would be taking action.
