States I owe money and should get an attorney. Probably get 10-15 calls a day from this number. Has no proof of debt just want me to pay money. No paperwork available,I do not even bother to answer anymore.

They keep calling my cell phone and at my work telling me there is a lawsuit out for my name and social security number..they call me like 15 times one day.they nees to be atopped

Same complaint as all the rest. I'm starting to get calls every day from someone who says he is an Attorney. His name is Eric Wilson (very broken English). He is calling from 607-846-7371 and he is telling me to get an Attorney because I am going to court

Not really sure who this company is I couldn't understand the caller that well broken english. But was stating someone had used me as a refernce for something and that if I wanted to avoid a legal battle I need to pay this. One I had no idea what this person was talking about proceded to scream at me that I was a gaurnteer and he was a laywer.I am not a garunteer for anything I didn't sign anything and 2 I found out my sister had used my name as a REFERNCE for a loan she didn't even wind up getting but they continue to call her and now are calling her refernces threating to sue them. This needs to be stopped now.

Caller is BRIAN DAVIS???. He stating that he is calling from an atty's office and I have to call back with an atty, calls me at home and at work. At work he even misrepresented himself stating he is my nephew??? bad practice indeed. Could be a total scammer. If I have debt owed or anything he should do it in writing.

Call and said I HAD A DEBT THAT IS OWED .BUT HE WOULDN'T SHOW PROFF OF THAT DEBT OR WHAT HIS ADDRESS HAS .HE STARTED STARTED YELLING AT ME SAYYING THAT 72 CHARGERS WERE GOING TO BE FILED AGAINST ME FOR THAT DEBT.HE WOULDN'T GIVE ANY GOOD INFOR ON THIS DEBT.I ASK ONCE WHO THW DEBT WAS OWNED HE SAID xxx THE NEXT TIME I THE SAME QUSTION HE SAID IT WAS xxx.

said I owed a cash advance from October 2010; nope, sorry...yeah he had all my info, but I didn't realize initially that my email had been hacked...didn't pay, told him to do whatever he needed to do as he threatened me with taking away all my income, arresting me, etc. That was in June & I haven't heard from him since.

He stated he was calling from a lawyer's office which represented fraud visa cards.

This number has called my phone several times looking for my commen law husband! Today they called his work after me telling them I didnt know anyone by his name last night. They had his social dob and everything trying to collect for a finance company in our town @ which I know the manager and and know he has had NO Loan there! I made the manager of the store aware of the situation, and my hasband has contacted our attny.

continually calling family and telling them they are being sued because they know me. Will not identify debt and will not answer my attorney(I am in bankruptcy)...he told her, he had her social security number and was going to sue her also. Calls 9 to 10 times in a row on all our phones.
