They will NOT stop calling me!! It is a scam & every time I answer, they do not say anything. I hang up & they call RIGHT BACK. The process continues to repeat itself.

3 texts in one day to work phone claiming to be a (defunct) bank and that I need to call to unlock my (nonexistent) account.

Got text same as everyone else. I called back over 100 times on 3 different phones and randomly pressed numbers for the info they asked for. Was able to 'unlock' 5 cards with little to no effort. Funny thing is - none of them were mine?!?!?!?!?

Bank of America alert and to call this number. Did not call, but other people have said they got the same thing and they try to tell you, your card is locked.

They texted me saying that my Washington Mutual card had been locked and that I needed to call to unlock it. I've never had a Wamu account and that bank doesn't exist anymore.

I don't text AT ALL - and delete all incoming and this one keeps showing up. I don't want to be charged for anything and am tired of this. I don't know who they are!

This individual called and said that I was going to be sued for an unpaid payday loan that I never received. I was informed that if I did not repay the alleged loan then I could be sued for over $2,000 dollars. I have filed a compliant with the TX Attorney Generals office.
