I received a text message on Sunday Jan 8,2012 @ 4:24 PMto call this # saying it was First Bank & Trust, with a FUXT alert # 738462 asking me to call 716-541-0164, which I did not do.

Text messwage about a credit card being locked requiring a call to this number to unlock. (NOT HAPPENING!!!!) But getting many every day. Early morning to late night. I want it to stop! I have registered my phone with the do not call list for this state.

Someone calls me telling me that a lawsuit has been filed against me for a loan that i received and failed to pay back. That I applied for the loan online and that funds had been deposited into my account. ALL of this is FALSE!!!!
