This company wouldn't tell me what this issues is about. She wouldn't provide me with her information, I told her to mail me the information she said it was from 2009 and she was going to proceed with further action. I told her since she couldn't provide any documentation to go F herself I don't fall for scams. Then she called a realitive of mind with the same scam luckily I had sent a email to family and friends warnning them.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING THESE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER FOR SOME TIME THEY ALSO HAVE BEEN RUDE AND NASTY AND THREATING ME AS WELL BY SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE ME SERVED AT WORK AND OR MY HOME THEY SAY I HAVE BEEN NAMED A PERSON OF INTREST AND IF I DO NOT CALL BACK ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN WITH OUT MY KNOWLAGE PLEASE WE NEED TO STOP THIS PLACE FROM CALLIMG EVERYONE

I have been recieving regular calls from these people for the last two months. The message says some bs about being a person of interest in a legal matter and I need to contact them or decisions will be made. The person they are calling for I have never heard of. I have asked four times to have my number removed from their system since I do not know the person they are looking for they have been rude the apologize and tell me my number has been removed and they keep calling anyway. Is there anything that can be done to stop the harrassing phone calls?

This number calls me everyday and it's a recording that says I'm a person of interest and I need to contact them or decisions will be made without my knowledge. I don't even know who they are even if I did owe money to them, I would know who they are because they do not identify who or what company they are with.

have called about 30 times and I have informed them to stop calling cause the person they are looking for does not live here, they are rude say nasty things then hang up

Caller says that there is a claim against my social security number and that papers were in transit to my county.

Someone from this number 716-821-0327 called my uncle's cell phone looking for Sabrina Harwell and wants me to call them back. I have changed my last name back to Elmore in Dec. 2005 I want these calls to stop because they never say who they are or what its concerning. thank you

calls daily threatening a lawsuit! Rude and vicious! I have asked them to stop calling but they won't. Call is not even for me. They also are calling on my cell phone.

I receive numerous calls from this number for weeks. I finally called it back today and spoke to a "Denise Houston" who wouldn't tell me what the company name was. She would only say that she was pre-legal and that I needed to pay over $1,000 for a debt to Check N Go. She refused to send me anything in writing about this alleged debt. She told me that I needed to take care of it or it was going to County court.

These people call every week stating the I am a person of interest and that if I don't contact them immediately action will be taken without my knowledge. It's a recorded message. They don't leave a name or company, just ask for personal information. Claim they will continue to call if we don't give up info. The name has come up different sometimes.

I get atleast 6 calls a day from a recording stating I am a person of interest and I need to contact them immediatley before decision are made on my behalf.
I thought a law passed a while ago stating a debt collector had to represent themselves as such within the first 8 seconds of the phone call? Why is this company allowed to break laws?

I am filing a complain for this number, they call my son constantly about some action, he does not live there anymore he moved out 20 years ago, I don't want them to call me anymore.

Recording stated I am "Person Of Interest" Caller then stated I was going to charged with misdemeanor charges. Very rude, I stated I did not have funds right now, she then became very sarcastic and asked how I plan to take care of myself. I told her it wasn't her business, and she told me I better figure out how to pay for an attorney.

Left seven messages in 10 days. These people have absolutely no right to be calling me - I owe no one anything! When I called to tell them they had the wrong person "Veronica" hung up!
