calling my job and and my home telling and threatening my sons that they have arrest warrants out for me saying that I supposedly took out a loan(online payday) which I have never taken out anywhere. These calls are every other day and I want them to stop because they aRE HARRASSING ME AND MAKING THREATS.

Has called my job several times saying I need to have my attorney contact them and they can call my job as many times as they want. I do not have any outstanding cash loans? Foreign person and the phone number they are leaving is 718 210-4103. John Foster.

Trying to extort money from me by claiming I owe them money and wanting me to give them my credit card information or bank debit card information to pay 612.00. They call my job and tell them I have charges against me under my SS#, which I do not have. They tried to extort my old acct one time before and I accidently gave them my information thinking I owe them something and then I remember I didn't and contacted my bank and they did a investigation and found this company (Cash Advance, US Cash Loan they use either one) were trying to defraud me and my bank. They are not trying it with my new acct and they want me to fax them my name, amount I will pay, and when payments will start they want a picture of me and my SS# and to put attn: Chief John Wright Payment department the Fax Number is 206-337-0687. This is their way of getting something in writing so they can then try to appear legitimate. I have contacted my attorney and called my bank to inform them of what these people are trying to do. They thought I did not remember them trying this before.

This caller threatened law suit against me for a pay day loan. I don't have any delinquent pay day loans. This person or people called my job and threatened to get me fired and told me that I have three federal charges against my ssn. This ordeal concerns me. Does this mean that someone has obtained my information. What should I do?

says they are investigating me for a complaint in regards to check fraud for US Cash Advance which I NEVER recieved any funds from.

Received voicemails from an "Officer Michael Smith" of the "State Investigation Agency" - could not answer questions, threatened legal action, and called my friends.

This John Foster said he worked for the State Investtigations and has a legal affidavit against my name and social security number. STated that if I did not get back intouch that he had the right to call my job and that I would have a chance in loseing my job. I tried to call this number back and I said hello is this John Foster he hung up on me.
