This number relentlessly calls my phone despite the fact that I have not picked up one call ever. This number has probably been calling me for at least a few months, a couple times a week sometimes more than once a day...

Called my cell phone twice within an hour. Very few people have been given that number. No one should be calling my cell except family, friends, and a limited number of colleagues.
