THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN I OWE ON. I TELL THE CALLER TO SEND IT TO ME IN WRITING OR TAKE ME TO COURT. TODAY THE PERSON GOT VERY RUDER WITH MY BOSS. THESE CALLS NEED TO STOP BEFORE I LOSE MY JOB.

Keeps calling my cell,home,and my work saying there is a legal issue and I owe all this money. And i could be arrested if I dont pay.They have all my information of where I work and my SSN. Some foreign people keep calling.

this turkey, with East Indian accent, called and left a message threatening legal action. What upsets me about these types of calls is: (a) they have all sorts of information (my SSN, etc.) and (b) they have been known to call friends or family members (once given as references for long-ago, and long-paid-back, loans) and scare the daylights out of them.

After threatening them with cops for harassing me with non stop calls in attempt to scam me out of money and personal information. this is the voice mail they left me.... you stupid woman you should have hung yourself go hang yourself do not call this office again or ill hang you but by way you know the people in Libya they should have shot you dead instead of Muhammad Gadafi instead to be honest with you so uhh do not call this office again you started abusing us for no reason.

Received a call from this number stating that they were informing me of a suit being taken against me for a pay day loan. A while ago I was looking into maybe taking a payday loan but when they called me about them I always decided against it. So I never actually received any loan but got this call stating that if I did not pay the $500.00 loan I supposedly took out that I would be charged fees of up to $8,000.00. And that I would have to go to court in PA to to plead my case. Living in Maine that's not gonna happen. But what really bothers me is that when they were talking about this supposed loan they had my social security number correct, my name correct, and they knew my bank account information! So I asked for a telephone number for the place I supposedly owed money to and this is the number they gave me 814-324-2010. More than a little questionable. I hope someone can help!

This company keeps calling me stating that they are trying to collect a debt from a loan that I took out, which I've never taken out any loans. I informed them to stop calling me or I will report them and sue them as well...then I hung up. They kept calling me back about 5 times after I hung up on him.

The caller says i owe money and shes with a law firm but when I call back the number they just answer the phone by saying hello and no one can tell me who i owe the money to they just want me to send a check to them really they got the wrong one so they can keep leaving all messages they like i will never answer.

He is trying to commit fraud. He does not work for any internet lending companies, he is trying to collect on loans made by other companies. Call the police and give them his information.

Mike Thomas has a strong accent has cotiniously called my place of employment my cell phone and is threating to have police officers come to my job, threating me losing my job etc. I have filed bankruptcy tried to give him the information and he would not allow me to speak. I called him back and asked for a supervisor he refused to let me speak to someone and hung up on me. When i called back he refused to answer.

Eastern accent person, said calling from Crime Prevention Unit (of what). Threatening, rude, hardly able to understand, lots of background noise from a phone room, garnishment of wages threat, etc. Never gave me identification as to who they were collecting for, hung up on me when I asked for documentation and written identification.

This guy has called my job constantly. When we hang up he keeps calling back. My supervisor spoke with him and he will not give me or her any information about this money that he says I owe. This is starting to jeopardize my job at this point and I don't know what to do. I ask him for the information about the company who filed this claim against me and he said he do not have to give me that information.
