If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
Repeat phone calls even though I have waited to get a live person and told them I'm on the no-call list. At which time they are rude and hang up.
They claim they are my credit card offering me a lower rate.
I had another call today from a cell 914-224-2233 and again told him I'm on the no-call list.
I would like this company to stop calling me and be fined.

Say they are offering lower interest rates on exsisting credit cards.......I have no credit cards......they said they have no control over the computer generated calls as the numbers are given by credit card companies to them so they can offer the card holder a lower interest rate...but again I have no credit cards....they also said that they are unable to remove my number....just laazy I guess.....They call me once or twice every day....good luck

SPAMMED my phone this morning. They call, if I don't answer they hang up, or if they think I answered, they leave an irritating sales pitch. My number is on the donotcall list.

they have been calling me everyday for months. today, 2 calls within 5 minutes.

The call from wireless caller came in on 11/18/2011 at 12:32 pm. we are getting all types of calls since they tricked me into letting remotely get into my computer and they stole our identy

I get these calls from 914-224-2233 all the time, and usually I will get 2 from this number within a minute or two. Unknown name is displayed when call is received. I don't answer any unknown names either on my Cell phone or Land line, but they are a nuisance.

Has been calling my house for weeks after being told not to call again or i would be filing a charges again the company and they have called back 4 times since being told not too

Calls frequently, will not stop after being told to do so. I dialed 1 to speak to him once and told him to stop in loud certain terms. He then immediately called me again. I reported him to the FCC, will disconnect my home phone if this continues.

Automated voice stating "Important information on your credit card account" then it goes on with "this is your second notice" and then states that you can lower your rates... No option to end the calls, only option 1 if you want to lower your rates.
