If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
I have been receiving calls twice a day, everyday for a month. It's ridiculous, 2 rings than hang up. This should be illegal! I wish I could block this number from calling my phone.

Keep calling my house at all hours of the day and night. When you answer they hang up.

If you pick up after the first ring, you should be able to speak to them. They drove me crazy for 3 months calling several times a day morning noon and night. I finally spoke to the person today and asked for them to stop calling me. The purpose of the call is to convince you to switch from ADT to Security One. I dont like ADT, I hate Security One

They call multiple times a day. When I answer there is a pause and if I do not make any sounds it hangs up. Otherwise I can here other people making calls in the background and they claim to be "GE the maker of my alarm system". If I threaten them they hang up. Have been getting these calls for months and at least two calls a day.

I've got a rude man on the phone, calling from this number, caller ID = IRVINE, presented himself as a General Electric employee, knew who my alarm provider was, knew _exactly_ my monthly fee, and offered services of a competing home alarm company for a lower rate. Talking A LOT, he was pushing very hard to accept the offer, even sending his "technician" in an "officially marked truck" to "rewire" my home alarm. I said "no way", firmly, and he abruptly hang up. Definitely, some kind of criminal activity here.

This number ( it only says IRVINE) has been calling my house several times a day most of the times just to ring my phone twice and then hang up. Who in their right mind would do that? It's annoying since I have an infant who I would like to get some sound sleep. And I need my sleep as well. Would be very nice if this company can stop doing this!!!
