If you are getting harrassing calls from this number, the answer is yes. By filing a complaint, you are making the nature of the calls known to more people, including the caller. The more complaints a certain number receives, the more exposure it gets. This helps make the calls stop by reducing the efficiency of the caller's operations.
This number calls me 3-4 times a day. Last night i received a call from this number at 10:30 PM at night, waking me up. i am on the do not call list.

Calls wont stop. No one is ever at the other end when i canswer. I complained a few weeks ago

This was a recorded message and then I was connected to a live person representing a business I have never done business with.
This is one of about ten companies using this method. I report the phone number to the FCC and I keep getting calls for MONTHS! PLEASE,PLEASE , PLEASE fine $$$ the owner of the number to the greatest extent!

This company seems to be a fraud, and no matter what you ask or tell them, they refuse to remove you from the list. Calling their number back will give you a prompt to remove yourself from their list, but it does not do anything. They continue calling every day.

Got another 2 phone calls from an out-of-state number
that I don't "know" or recognize.
I didn't answer, but again looked up the number here.
They left no message.
I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)
I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
again, and see if that can get the government
to work for me, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps again.)
We should all pile on.

Countless calls, no messages. I have called the number back, and was asked to press "1" to opt out of receiving calls. I did this, but the calls will not stop!!!

Will call cell phone 3 or more times aday. No one ever says anything when you answer. Have tried to call the number back and no luck of getting a person. Tired of getting calls from telemarketers.

Continues to call my cell phone up to 3 times a day even after I said I was not interested in what they were offering and asked to be removed from their list.

Unknown caller, did not answer the phone. I do not answer callers that I do not know. This number is known to be a telemarketer...I am on the cell phone DNC list and I am still getting unknown callers.

Unsolicited call even though I'm on the "Do not Call" List. This is after having a string of calls from 503-902-8294 with the same MO as others have complained of. One time I had someone at the other end & it was for the "security system" angle.
